About Jim
Jim Nadeau has been working in the real estate industry for over 35 years, providing brokerage services, land use consultation, and education. First licensed as an Associate Broker in 1993, and becoming a REALTOR in 2004, his passion to self-improve has remained a mainstay in his life. In 2019, Jim became a Designated Broker and founded Jim Nadeau Realty.
In 2012, Jim became an instructor with The Real Estate Learning Group, and in 2014 founded the educational organization, Beyond the Boundary, to guide real estate licensees through the complex and often misunderstood land surveying and floodplain management processes that impact real estate transactions.
As an instructor, Jim has presented over 75 learning events to local and national audiences, including municipal code enforcement officers and planners, mortgage and insurance professionals, title companies, attorneys, land use consultants, and the general public.
